This past Sunday’s Winter Wonder Ride was an absolute success! Riders were treated to a 20-mile, five-checkpoint route around Gainesville and earned prizes including spoke beads, canvas patches, water bottles and t-shirts.
After the ride, we enjoyed 5-star pizza and drinks at the shop while listening to live music and talking about bicycles, bicycles and bicycles!
Thank you to all who volunteered and participated. We look forward to organizing future rides and furthering the mission of The Gainesville Community Bicycle Project.
Can we still call it the “Winter Wonder Ride” if its 80 degrees outside?!?
